Intro

Welcome to the NCDC Direct Marketing Program Survey. In the past, this survey has included all aspects of your fundraising program. To simplify the survey response process, we have separated direct marketing from other fundraising efforts.

This part of the survey addresses direct marketing. A second survey is available to address other fundraising methods.

Please complete only one of each survey per organization. You may want to have certain appropriate staff members complete specific sections (i.e., planned giving, major gifts, etc.), but please submit only one complete survey per organization. If you would like to review the survey before completing it online, you can print a copy here. [PDF]

This survey is very comprehensive and will require a fair amount of time to complete. Please complete the survey to the best of your ability. None of the questions are required, so if you are unsure about a question, or it doesn’t apply, simply skip the question. If you don’t have exact answers for the questions, answer them to your best estimation.
