Congratulations! You have been nominated by another NCSEA member for a Board or Officer position for the 2018-2019 program year.
This form must be completed by all candidates that have been nominated by another NCSEA member.
All candidates must maintain an Individual Membership in NCSEA at the time of nomination, through elections and, if elected, during their term of service.
If you have been nominated for an officer position, you must complete this form by Friday, April 6, 2018.
