USTA Middle States SECTION BOARD and/or DISTRICT COUNCIL Application

USTA Middle States utilizes volunteers in many different ways. Every contribution is appreciated and necessary to grow the game of tennis. If you love the game, we have an opportunity for you to serve the United States Tennis Association on a District Council.

Allegheny Mountain District (AMD) - Pennsylvania's Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Green, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington and Westmoreland Counties; and West Virginia's Brooke, Hancock, Marshall and Ohio Counties.

Central Pennsylvania District (CPD) - Pennsylvania's Adams, Blair, Bradford, Centre, Columbia, Clearfield, Clinton, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Juniata, Huntingdon, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Perry Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, Union and York Counties.

Delaware District (DD) - All counties in the state of Delaware.

Eastern Pennsylvania District (EPD) - Pennsylvania's Berks, Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Schuylkill, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties.

New Jersey District (NJD) - Counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Ocean, Salem, Sussex and Warren. Townships and Boroughs: Monmouth County: Allentown, Avon-by-the-Sea, Belmar, Bradley Beach, Brielle, Englishtown, Farmingdale, Freehold Township, Howell, Manalapan, Manasquan, Millstone, Neptune, Neptune City, Roosevelt, Sea Girt, South Belmar, Spring Lake, Spring Lake Heights, Upper Freehold and Wall. Middlesex County: Cranbury, Jamesburg, Monroe, Plainsboro and South Brunswick. Somerset County: Bedminster, Branchburg, Hillsborough, Montgomery, Rocky Hill and Somerville. Morris County: Chester, Chester Township, Mount Arlington, Mount Olive, Netcong, Roxbury and Washington.

Philadelphia Area District (PATD) - Pennsylvania's Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties
