Thank you for participating in the 2018 LeadingAge Connecticut Compensation & Benefits Survey for Long-term Care and Senior Housing Providers.

This year's survey applies to all hourly staff (direct and non-direct care) and senior executive management positions*. Completing the survey is easy and convenient! It is in an easy online format and a Survey Preparation Checklist is provided to help you prepare and gather the information needed to complete the survey timely. With the proper preparation, the survey will take you 20 minutes or less to complete! 
 
New for 2018
LeadingAge Connecticut is pleased to announce an enhanced benefit of membership for 2018. Members who participate and complete the survey in its entirety will be offered the survey results free of charge! Your input is very important, there is no cost to participate, and the survey results are now a benefit of membership if you complete the survey. Non-participating members are still eligible to purchase the survey results for $400. 

Thank you for your participation in this important expansion of our wage and benefit survey services. We welcome any comments or thoughts you may have as to how to continue to improve our wage and benefit gathering process.

*Senior executive management defined as: Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, Administrators, Assistant Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Executive Directors, Presidents, etc. (or its equivalents).

Survey Schedule

The 2018 LeadingAge Connecticut Compensation & Benefits Survey will be available for completion until February 28, 2018 at 5:00PM EST. If we receive your survey response by our early bird date of January 31, 2018, you will be entered into a random drawing to receive two free tickets to LeadingAge Connecticut’s Expo scheduled for May 8, 2018 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville. Survey results will be distributed early April at which time LeadingAge Connecticut will host a session for participants to learn how to interpret and optimize your use of the results.

There is no cost to participate! Your input is very important. For those interested in the survey results, the costs are as follows:
