The Cantonment Rotary Foundation is hosting their annual Ted Ciano Memorial Golf Tournament at Marcus Pointe Golf Course on Friday, May 5, 2017, with a shotgun start at 12:00 pm. Check-in starts at 11:00.

This form allows you to register yourself and your team members. In completing the registration, please provide as much information as you can.

In addition to tickets for chances at great door prizes, each participating golfer will be receiving a quality commemorative gift.

You may also use this form to provide tax deductible support by purchasing a T-Sign to promote your business, or a Small Personal Commemorative tee sign as a remembrance or recognition.
