Throughout the year, citizen feedback and information is gathered by our Customer Service Team, who handle on average, 15,000 telephone calls and 5,000 walk-in customers each month, as well as from our Social Media channels, and through community and stakeholder group meetings held across the County. Our 2017 Citizen Survey is another key listening mechanism used to gather information and input from the widest possible representation of our customers. This voice of the customer helps guide our actions and activities as we work to become Florida's Premier County.

Information will also be released via the main website of Pasco County Government at www.pascocountyfl.net .
