 Please note: If your political subdivision has taken formal action to participate in the 2017 Coordinated Mail Ballot Election, by law, your final decision must be submitted in writing no later than July 28, 2017. We request completion and return of this document earlier to allow time to create and finalize an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA).

Intergovernmental Agreements must be completed and signed by ALL parties no later than August 29, 2017. Please note that the signed IGA must be received by the County no later than August 29, 2017 to be executed by the statutory deadline.
