1. 2017 CPCA Annual Conference Call for Presenters

Thank you for your interest in presenting a workshop or panel at the 2017 CPCA Annual Conference. The conference is taking place on October 12-13, 2017 in Anaheim, CA at the Hilton Anaheim and promises to be an informative and empowering program for California's Community Clinics and Health Centers.

Each workshop/panel is expected to last 1.5 hours including questions and should have no more that 3 presenters. Any reimbursement or complimentary items offered will only be available to 3 panelist per session. To have your session considered, all information in this form must be completed and submitted no later than Friday, April 14, 2017.

If your panel/session is selected, up to 3 members of the panel will receive discounted registration for the conference, reimbursement for 1 night of hotel stay at the CPCA negotiated rate (plus taxes and fees), and up to $150 in additional travel reimbursement. No other stipends are available.

By submitting a proposal you are accepting the responsibility of a cohesive panel or talk including initial invitations, confirmations of panel acceptance, and speaker coordination.
