The DuFour Award honors a high-performing school that demonstrates exceptional levels of student achievement through the Professional Learning Community at Work™ process. The second annual award and a check for $25,000 will be presented at The Summit on Professional Learning Communities at Work™ in Phoenix, Arizona on February 24, 2017.

1. All applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. (EST) on December 19, 2016.
2. Three finalists will be selected for interviews in January of 2017.
3. A written response to every question is required. All responses must be original. No copyrighted writings, music, video, or images may be used in the essay without permission.
4. Feel free to download a template to assist in drafting your answers to the application questions. When you are satisfied with your answers, save a copy of the file for your records. Then, copy and paste your answers into this online form, and submit your application. Applications must be submitted through this online form.
