2017 OPS Hell's Belles (Women's Team) registration form

This registration form is for the women's collective team called "OPS HELL'S BELLES" for the GWN Dragon Boat Challenge. Registration is open to anyone, noting this is a women's only team.

As detailed on the team page, this is a special team where all interested paddlers should register their interest here, but that none of the actual team members will be selected from this list until 3 weeks before the event (on Friday August 18th). The objective is to choose the best balanced team of 22 we can from this list. How that is done will be detailed to interested paddlers well in advance of the event. As a result, no advance collection of fees will be made. That will be done between August 19th and 28th when offers are made and accepted.

This form will only take a few minutes to complete. It contains important information to help plan for the team. We only collect what we need and do not share this information with anyone.
