The State of Sourcing in 2015

This survey will help us understand the current state of sourcing, including compensation, roles and responsibilities, tools and technology, etc. Anyone who is involved in sourcing candidates for jobs should participate in the survey (this includes recruiters, sourcers, and leaders from internal recruiting departments of large corporations, 3rd party search firms, RPOs, etc.). We will share summary survey results with our SourceCon readers and conference attendees.
