Each year, PayScale invites over 100,000 HR professionals to participate in our Compensation Practices Survey to help identify upcoming trends and practices, and keep you ahead of the curve. Your answers will remain anonymous, and all participants will receive a summary of the survey results.

In addition, all survey participants will be entered to win a 16GB Apple iPad.

This survey will close on December 16, 2010, and the winner of the Apple iPad will be notified by email on Tuesday, January 4th.
