Conference Information

- We are expecting about 500 total attendees at this year's conference.

- We do have sponsorship opportunities ranking in the following levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. If you are interested in sponsorship opportunities, please visit https://www.esc19.net/Page/201 and click on SPONSORS tab for full details.

- A 10 ft x 10 ft booth is $100. It will include a draped and skirted table and two chairs. Additional booth space is available upon your request, subject to price increase. Furthermore, if you sponsor our conference, you are subject to one or two booths at no cost depending on the level of sponsorship.

- In lieu of the $100 booth fee, you can donate a gift(s) with a value of $200 or more. Gift(s) will be used as teacher door prizes the day of the conference. Please use the code, CTE2019 when registering as a vendor to waive the fee if you decide to donate or become a sponsor. After submitting this form, you will be provided the web-link to create an account, register, and pay (if applicable) for the conference.
