City-Initiated Development Proposal for 1220-1222 Wilson Avenue

The City is proposing to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 6-storey residential building containing a municipal shelter at 1220-1222 Wilson Avenue.

While municipal shelter is already permitted on the lands, amendments are required to allow for alternations to existing built form.
