Introduction

 
Charles Sturt University (CSU) is committed to workplace health and safety and promoting wellness and wellbeing for our staff. To help enhance and promote this important commitment at CSU, the University will host Wellness and Wellbeing EXPOs across several campuses during 2013 and will also offer a range of other wellbeing initiatives for staff engagement and participation.

To help provide appropriate and relevant initiatives/information for our staff, the University would like to better understand your views and interests when it comes to wellbeing initiatives. We would also like to better understand the things that affect your experience as far as work/life balance is concerned and would therefore appreciate your time in completing this brief survey.

Following are a series of questions over five (5) parts that will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your time in responding to these questions will assist to shape the wellness and wellbeing activities at CSU.

Why are we collecting this information?
We are gathering this information so that we can tailor our wellness and wellbeing programs to better meet the needs of CSU staff! Your health, safety and wellbeing is important to CSU and we wish to partner with you.
