Your Thoughts on NH Vocational Rehabilitation 2013

1. Your Thoughts Count --- Tell us about your experiences with NH Vocational Rehabilitation

NH Vocational Rehabilitation (NHVR) is a state agency that helps people with disabilities get and keep jobs. Every year we take a look at how we are doing as well as taking a look at the needs of persons with disabilities in the State.

We love to hear about your experiences as well as your ideas and suggestions. You can help us determine if the services we provide are helping to address the identified needs. Data from this survey will be used to make recommendations for changes to improve our services.

Thank you very much for your time participating in our survey.

If you would like to learn more about NHVR's State Plan, the State Comprehensive needs assessment and additional information about the Agency, you can find additional information at: http://www.education.nh.gov/career/vocational/state_plan.htm

Information collected through this survey will be used in the development of the State Plan for fiscal year 2014; completing the Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA); and in Agency evaluation and planning.
