Welcome to the second annual Small Business Votes Survey. If you are a small business owner seeking a better service from the banks, telcos and other service providers, or a change in small business focus, you need to share your views
with us in this independent survey.
Small Business Votes is a totally independent research initiative, borne from the need to provide a voice to Australia’s small businesses. Collectively, you make up the largest employer in Australia and your opinion is important. Through this survey you have the opportunity to express your concerns and identify the issues that matter most to your future business. In turn, we will present the collective findings to those organisations and providers that have an impact on your business.
We’ll present your collective opinions to the key small business providers and help them serve you better with a view to greater profitability, reduced costs and more efficient and tailored products and services.
