PBM Survey

National CooperativeRx's current contract with CVS Caremark is complete at the end of 2013, and a critical facet of our value proposition is to search the market for the best array of of Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) services, terms and pricing. This survey intends to get early input from National CooperativeRx member owners.
