Kenexa's 2013 US and Canadian Compensation Outlook Survey is intended to capture trends and upcoming developments in compensation, benefits, and rewards practices. The survey is divided into 5 parts:
* Demographics
* Current Business Environment
* Pay Practices
* Hiring Practices
* Workplace Attitudes
Some questions are repeated to support collection of current and projected trends.
Input due date: February 19, 2013
This questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. At any time you may close the survey and click on your original invitation link to be returned to your saved data.
All individual participant responses will be kept confidential. Survey results shall be reported only in aggregate.
