Friends of Iowa Public Television is now collecting recipes for inclusion in the Iowa Ingredient Cookbook! You must be a member or become a member of Friends of Iowa Public Television at $35 or more to submit one recipe. Recipes must fit into one of the following categories:

Beets
Eggs
Trout
Walnuts
Squash
Peppers
Blue Cheese
Tomatoes
Strawberries

All fields required unless noted otherwise. If you do not want to fill out this online form, you can complete and mail a printed version.

You grant Friends of IPTV and Iowa Public Television a perpetual license to use the recipe in the Iowa Ingredient Cookbook, website, and other program-related works.
In simple terms, you give us permission to use the recipe in the Iowa Ingredient for an indefinite period of time.
You retain the legal copyright to the recipe. We further agree not to use your recipe in any other manner without your express permission.
You certify that you own the legal rights to the recipe.
Friends of IPTV and Iowa Public Television reserve the right not to publish any submission at our discretion.
