HSVMA Materials Request Form

HSVMA has a variety of resources that any HSVMA student member* may order for tabling and other events free of charge. We also have a lending library available to student chapter members.

If you are requesting materials for an event, please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the event date to ensure you receive the materials in time.

* Note that free materials are only available to HSVMA student members/chapters in the US and Canada.

If you are not a student member and would like to order materials:
-For those in the US/Canada: Please contact us at info@hsvma.org or (530) 759-8106.
-For those outside the US/Canada: We are unable to ship materials outside North America, but we may have electronic files that we can share. Please contact us for more information.
