Time to Shine Shetland

Time to Shine is a new opportunity for young people in all parts of Shetland to really get involved in the arts activities they want. Time to Shine is being launched by Creative Scotland. Shetland Arts is working with Shetland Islands Council's Creative Links and Youth Services to make this happen in Shetland. Young people will be at the heart of Time to Shine from the start. We'll use the feedback you give us in this questionnaire to put together your new long-term arts programme. We want to include as many artforms as possible and need you to tell us what you would like to see included.

Creative Scotland's themes for Time to Shine are:

• Participation: To address inequalities and develop mechanisms which allow access for all
• Progression: To create and develop mechanisms to nurture and celebrate ambition, enthusiasm and talent.
• Provision: To create and develop infrastructure for the children and young people’s arts sector and ensure continuous quality improvement.
