Learning Objectives:
1) Understand biomechanics of the knee and sagittal gait patterns in SD.
2) Use of Diagnostic Matrix (integrating physical exam, gait data, radiology, mobility scales) to provide basis for development of management strategies.
3) Distinguish between surgical techniques targeting restoration of knee extension.
4) Appropriate application of surgical techniques to different patients, considering risks/benefits of techniques.
