1. Final Application INSTRUCTIONS
This form is the FINAL application to apply for funding from the CASE SIF and/or the Class of 1990 Scholarship. You can only submit the final application for summer internship funding once you have secured and accepted an internship offer. All applications must be submitted by midnight on April 8.
The final application has two steps:
Step 1: Complete this online form and submit.
Step 2: E-mail all of the supporting materials (A, B, C) described below to ruth.tolman@duke.edu and misty.brindle@duke.edu
A) An ESSAY (limited to 500 words) that describes the following:
--Your involvement at Fuqua and in the community.
--Your career objectives.
--The internship opportunity accepted.
--The organization and the nature of your proposed position (including the specific activities you will perform), and how your position will serve the needs and goals of the organization as well as your personal career development.
B) Your resume.
C) The job offer or letter from the hiring organization. This must indicate the organization's financial commitment, internship duration, and identify the individual who will be your supervisor.
