Getting Started
The purpose of this brief survey is to help an employee assess their own potential contraindications for influenza vaccine. At the end of the assessment, a health care worker should be able to determine of they can receive the live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV), the trivalent activated vaccine (TIV) or if an employee is medically contraindicated for influenza vaccine.
