Are our children receiving a comprehensive, balanced education? A comprehensive, balanced education includes the ARTS – dance, drama/theatre, music, visual arts (painting, drawing, sculpture, pottery, etc.). The future of the community depends on our children’s ability to create – and to be creative. If the community is to continue to meet the challenges of the future, today’s schools need to develop innovative leaders and creative problem–solvers.
Our district, in partnership with ArtsWave, is conducting a Community Audit for Arts Education to seek ways to improve ARTS education in the schools. Your input is necessary for the audit to be successful. Would you please take a few moments to answer the questions below?
