Application Requirements

1) Online Touring Artist Application- Submitted by MONDAY, APRIL 2ND

2) Supplemental Materials (listed below) burned onto a CD or DVD. No hard copies will be reviewed.

    - MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MONDAY, APRIL 2ND

    - CD/DVD must have a cover, description, and proper label information

ON SUPPLEMENTAL CD/DVD, TOURING ARTIST APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT:

  1. Professional resume of the artist and/or ensemble - Include both work and production history applicable to individual or ensemble
    - Submit as a word document (.doc), or PDF (.pdf) file
  2. Up to three reviews or articles on the company and/or artists
    - Submit as a scanned .jpg or PDF (.pdf)
  3. Two letters of reference -From individuals that address your professional experiences
    - Submit as a scanned .jpg, word document (.doc) or .pdf
  4. DVD or CD footage- Should be of the piece you intend to audition, or a selection from a different performance by the artist and/or ensemble
    -Can be rehearsal or performance footage
    - Please limit footage to 10 minutes and only include the selection to be previewed on the disc.
  5. Typed description- Describe the performance footage you've submitted and how it relates to what you hope to do in schools
    - Submit as word document (.doc) or PDF (.pdf) file
  6. Script and/or program outline, if available
    - Submit as word document (.doc) or PDF (.pdf) file

For your application to be accepted and reviewed, all material must be submitted in a digital format on a CD or DVD.
No hard copies will be reviewed. All components must be included in the formats specified.
