Program Updates
Dear Treeeeee-mendous PLT facilitators!
Thanks to many of you, PLT Colorado had a record year in 2010! We trained 963 educators in 55 workshops!
This is the most ever! Hurray for us!
298 of these attended one of our new Early Childhood Environmental Education workshops.
The other increasing segment of our participant demographic is from our preservice trainings at colleges and universties.
We also celebrated our first ever specially designated "PLT School", and sent a Colorado Forest Box to the United Nations for inclusion in "The International Year of Forests" events! Read more about these at www.coloradoplt.org.
