A sample can be requested to receive plasmid DNA containing the standard, destabilized, and secreted forms of NanoLuc™ luciferase (plasmid names pNL1.1, pNL1.2 and pNL1.3). See www.promega.com/nanoluc for more information including vector sequences and obligatory terms of use.

The sample plasmids will be provided as filter paper with dried plasmid DNA. This DNA will need to be recovered from the paper, transformed into competent bacterial cells, and subsequently purified.
