Congratulations. You are only 10 minutes away from being OFFICIALLY registered for Camp With An Impact 2012. This on-line registration along with a $100 deposit will complete your registration. During this on-line registration experience, you will be prompted for several pieces of information (Emergency contact phone numbers, medical information, e-mail addresses, payment information, etc.)
This registration process is designed for parents/guardians and students to go through together. If you are a student attempting to register yourself, please note that you will not be able to complete the registration process without your parent's/guardian's permission.
If you don't have all of the appropriate information at your finger tips, please exit the registration and complete it as soon as possible...but hurry, this camp will sell out. Students are not registered for camp until this registration is complete and the $100 deposit has been paid. If you choose to exit a partially filled out survey, you can return to the survey on the same computer to pick up where you left off. Thank you.
The cost for Camp With An Impact 2012 is $395.

Dates/Times: June 17-22
Check in will be June 17 from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Location: Camp Adventure in North Webster, IN.
Transportation: Parents are responsible for transportation to and from Camp.
Who is invited: Students entering 6th grade (Fall 2012) – Students entering the 8th grade (Fall 2012)
