The Patients Association is conducting a research project to understand public awareness of the NHS constitution and we hope you can help us.
Whether you’re aware of the NHS constitution or not, we need to hear from you. This short questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete, it is confidential, and your details will remain anonymous.
This survey aims to determine peoples’ current awareness of the NHS Constitution and to inform us of any changes from a previous questionnaire you may remember completing in 2011. The project has been kindly supported by an educational grant from MSD
