INVESTOR EDUCATION WEBSITE EVALUATION
EXPLANATION OF THE RESEARCH and WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You are being asked to participate in a research study to evaluate the Investor Education Website of the National Labor College. You will be asked to fill out this brief survey online. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
At the end of the survey, we will ask if we can contact you several months from now, to see if the web training had any lasting effects. You can say yes or no at that time.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this research.
YOUR RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE, SAY NO, OR WITHDRAW:
Participation in this research project is completely voluntary. You have the right to say no. You may change your mind at any time and withdraw. You may choose not to answer specific questions or to stop participating at any time.
RANDOM DRAWING:
After completing the survey, if you wish, your name will be entered in a random drawing for a Google TV Box (approximate value: $80). You will be asked to provide your name and email address at this time. If you do not want to do so, you will not be entered in the drawing.
