The West Kootenay has it's unique challenges educationally, environmentally and politically. What would you change if you ran the West Kootenay?
Would you plant more flowers? Install a high-speed transit system? Eliminate parking meters? Or even try uniting communities such as Nelson, Trail and Castlegar to become the same provincial and school districts?
