The Cancer Legal Resource Center (CLRC) is seeking your input and feedback, in an effort to provide oncology health care professionals with useful information about the cancer-related legal issues that their patients may face as a result of a cancer diagnosis. The following questions cover the demographics of your patients, frequently asked questions and concerns raised by your patients, and your thoughts on the role health care professionals play in providing information to their patients. The feedback we receive will ultimately help us strengthen our outreach and education efforts in the cancer community.
Additionally, at the end of the survey feel free to include any pertinent information you think may help the CLRC provide better trainings and educational materials to the cancer community. This includes specific patient questions or problems that you may see, or survivor stories and outcomes that you think would be helpful to our ability to provide exemplary services in the community.
