Your participation in this survey will provide meaningful insight on Global Diversity & Inclusion issues for organizations with major concerns located in multiple world regions, with regard to current trends and priorities, local D&I operations, and how global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs, also known as Business Resource Groups, Network Groups or Affinity Groups) are forming, growing, struggling and succeeding.

• Please only continue if you are involved in or have knowledge about your organization's Global D&I trends and operations.

• Ideally, the survey should be completed by one person in your organization who has in-depth knowledge about your organization’s entire D&I system around the world including ERG trends in different countries.

• Participation should take approximately 15 minutes, depending on the complexity of your Global D&I operations and your ERG structures overseas.

• Individual responses will remain confidential.
