It is a first-of-its-kind initiative in financial services marketing. It is the result of over 85 personal interviews with senior marketing and digital leaders from brands such as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial, UBS and Metlife. These interviews were used to "educate" a best practices survey that was completed by a significantly significant cross-section of senior marketers from major US-based financial firms.
