It's happened to all of us from time-to-time: Our car breaks down, our car won't start, we locked the keys in the car, we ran out of gas, the tire goes flat, or we needed a tow to the repair shop.

We'd like to ask you a few quick questions about the last few times you've needed roadside assistance, how you found someone to help you, and what's important when choosing someone to help.
