Distinguished Lecture - Dr. M. Shawn Copeland's lecture on "The Body Matters: Theology, Ethics and Power." The presentation will draw on concrete examples from The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, as well as other literary and contemporary sources.

Plant the Campus Red and Community Garden - this traditional event helps to beautify our campus in the spirit of service to our university. Faculty, staff and students are invited to plant red impatiens and sustainable foliage in various locations around campus. Departments and student groups will also participate in the community garden planting.

Barry Community Fest - Barry Community Fest celebration offers and opportunity for students, faculty and staff to participate in a fun and festive afternoon filled with student performances, games, food trucks, and team competitions. Team participation requires a separate TEAM REGISTRATION.
