As part of its research programme, the Digital Workplace Forum (DWF) is producing a research report on the user experience in the Digital Workplace.

At DWF we define the ‘Digital Workplace’ as all the systems and tools that you use to get the work done. As work has the potential to become more mobile and flexible, digital working becomes ever more prevalent. While much progress has been made in the last few years, we believe many employees are still finding many aspects of digital working challenging and frustrating. A poor user experience is a major issue.

As part of our research we are conducting the following survey to ascertain how employees within organisations are accessing their Digital Workplace, and the the levels of frustration they are experiencing in various different working scenarios.

The survey should take about 10 minutes. All answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on. For more details please visit our privacy statement at http://www.dwforum.com/privacy-statement/.

All participants will receive a summary of the survey results, and relative analysis.
