The RecoveryNC campaign has signed up over 10,000 North Carolinians who are passionate about recovery from addiction. Our sign up list included the email addresses of over 1000 individuals. You are receiving this invitation because you gave us permission to contact you via email. We have developed the following short survey for those of you who are free from using alcohol or drugs and are in active recovery from addiction. If you are one of those individuals who live in active recovery, please complete take the time to answer the questions below. We are collecting this information to help us develop useful data on the nature of our recovering community and the amount of tax dollars contributed to the state’s economy by our recovering North Carolina citizens in an ongoing effort to put a positive face on recovery and educate the public about how important it is to support access to addiction services in our communities in these difficult economic times.
