Indoor Renovation – Recognizes a downtown business for improving the interior appearance of their business and creating a more welcoming atmosphere to patrons and/or employees.

Seasonal or Theme – Awarded to a downtown business for creating a festive, seasonal, or themed decorations and/or window display.

Outdoor Renovation – Recognizes a downtown business for improving the exterior appearance of their business, and thus enhancing the image downtown.

New Building/Addition – Granted to a business that has built a new building, or has made a significant addition to an existing building, in the downtown business district.
