Welcome to CMIQ’s 2013 Customer Experience survey, and thank you for participating in this research designed to give you direct insight into how organizations like yours define, design, execute, measure and improve the customer experience. This research is designed to provide value to the entire organization, from the executive suite to marketing, sales and customer service/contact center leaders.
