Agile Method: For the purpose of this study, an Agile method is defined as a combination of agile practices, activities, or agile techniques of well-established methods such as Scrum, XP. Examples: Scrum, XP, Scrum + XP, Scrumban

Agile Usage: Agile usage refers to both the i) maximum intensity of agile use (e.g., extent of adherence to a chosen agile method) and ii) extent of its use across the organization (e.g., number of projects, number of teams)

Agile Practitioner: Anyone who is involved in the practice of agile methodologies Examples: Developer, Tester, ScrumMaster, Project Manager, Business Analyst, IT Delivery Manager
