This survey will assist the Communication Transition Group to prepare for the next phase of Core Value Training. DHS has 5 Core Values - Integrity, Stewardship, Responsibility, Respect and Professionalism. Two more Core Values are being added - Innovation and Service Equity.

This survey will capture the impact Core Values have to your current work. Additionally it will identify the methodology of the initial rollout. This survey will give you the opportunity to establish your preferences for future plans. The survey results will be utilized to determine the delivery formats of future Core Values Training.

The creation, delivery and tabulation of this survey is a project of two Leadership Academy participants (Trevin Butler and Trina Lee).
