One of the fastest growing food and beverage trends is creating a sustainable menu for your meeting. But what does creating a sustainable menu really mean? And why is that so important? How can creating a sustainable, green menu really impact the rest of the environment, it’s just one meal?

Learner Outcomes
Take-Away 1: Discover resources and products available; each attendee will have the opportunity to touch and feel some of these products. Each attendee will be provided with a resource list.

Take-Away 2: Defining sustainability, farm-to-table; and ways to measure and consider your food’s Carbon Footprint.

Take-Away 3: Discover what other venues are doing to be sustainable. Ten venues across the country that are or already have sustainability programs will be highlighted. Examples of a sustainable menu- discover how flavorful they can be.
