Hello! The purpose of this survey is to help me learn more about your concerns and your feelings about the direction we want to go as a city and region.
My goal is to run the survey annually, which will help us track what people's priorities are on a year-by-year basis and to see where we are improving and where we need work.
All answers will be kept confidential. Please only complete the survey once. Multiple responses from the same person will be filtered out. All data will be shared publicly at www.facebook.com/benspraguebangor.
