Vermont Survey on End-of-Life Care

The purpose of this study is to better understand Vermonters’ experiences with end-of-life care. This research will explore multiple aspects of end-of-life care with health care professionals, Vermont residents, and hospice providers.

Focus groups with Vermont residents are scheduled for the following dates and locations:

July 14, at 6:30 PM          Springfield

Before we confirm people in this focus group, we need some basic information followed by a 5- 10 minute phone conversation.
