This survey is simply a questionnaire designed to give us an idea of how our production levels will change heading into summer.
Answering the questions on this survey DOES NOT count as "asking off".
Any requests for days off or to move hours around in the upcoming weeks must be made as normal, on time, on your My Schedule page on COSA. Any late requests will be denied.
Also, be sure to read the Summer Break part of the Extended Time Off section on the COSA document (on the home page).
