Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are planning the after school programs for 2016-2017 school year and would like to invite you to fill out this survey. Your input will help us offer after school classes next year that are tailored to your particular school's needs. Rec & Ed classes are fee-based, with scholarships available to eligible families. We will do our best to meet your requests as we plan after school programs. This survey will be closed May 25th, 2016.
