Any personal information you provide us with through this form will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
 
We collect this information for the following purposes:
  • to confirm your employment
  • to confirm that the school you are working at is part of the BeTTER Jobs Programme
  • to process payments via the Ministry payroll system
  • to carry out anonymised reporting on the BeTTER Jobs Programme 
We will keep the data for 18 months before it is deleted. 
 
We gather information through systems that the Ministry of Education has approved for use. And we store this information securely on Ministry of Education systems.
 
You have the right to contact the Ministry of Education at Vacancy.hub@education.govt.nz and ask to see and correct any personal information they hold about you.
